As many of you know, we’ve been doing this for quite a while. Years. In that time, we’ve amassed a pretty long list of beer under our rather large belts. If you’ve been following along with us, you see by now that, depending on the line-up on any particular review, we sometimes rave about a beer. Or sometimes, not so much. The following list is just a few of the standouts on the positive side of the table. You can also find these videos in playlist form on YouTube!
Sam Adams Utopias
It goes without saying that one of the most highly sought beers out there would be on this list. Only released every other year, we did an official review of the 10th Anniversary version of Utopias, and needless to say, it was a winner. We’ve since collected every version that’s followed, and all have lived up to the hype.
The Bruery – Or Xata
It’s no secret that we’ve loved pretty much everything that’s come out of The Bruery, and Dillon about has a gib-gasm everytime someone mentions Tart of Darkness, but this is one of the group’s favorite beers.
The Bruery Terreux – Tart of Darkness aged on Cherries
Somewhere Dillon is gib-gasming right now. There are two versions of this, one with and one without cherries. Thumbs way up for each, but the cherry version is in a GLASS by itself. Ha, see what we did there?
Avery Brewing – Vanilla Bean Stout
Avery brews some fantastic beers, and this is no exception. It’s a delicious base stout, with vanilla beans added. I mean, c’mon.
